Scary for no reason. How come?
Sometimes I get scared for no reason. The body is covered with a slight shiver, it becomes difficult to breathe. In these moments, I try to return to the present moment and understand that nothing threatens me. It is not always possible to quickly relieve this burning feeling.
I spent the past year in a permanent sense of anxiety. Trying to drown it out with strong meds. This helped to survive until the evening, but with a new day, everything began in a new way.
I'm so glad that time has passed and I don't have those feelings anymore. It was a terrible experience.
