💭 I know that today is a very emotional/somber day for a lot of you since we got the election results, and I don’t speak much on politics ever and I still won’t here, but I know that it’s hard to not feel emotional/affected from all the people around us, esp since the whole country is going through ups and downs today, I definitely felt it, I caught myself doomscrolling for a bit after the gym and realized I was just coping, so I’m just taking a break tonight and cook myself a nice veggie dinner, and then go to bed early. I hope you all take it easy on yourselves these next few days, there’s so much big mixed feelings and big mixed energy looming in the air, it’s impossible to not get affected one way or another, please give yourself extra love these next few days okay?!
