today I went to the mall in a gothic outfit — it was a cute and fun day, and I felt great.
later in the evening, I decided to go for a swim in the outdoor pool for the first time in a while, but it was unexpectedly cold and uncomfortable. I couldn’t swim for long, so to warm up, I decided to try the sauna for the first time, but realized it’s not for me :( I started to panic and got really anxious because I had a hard time breathing in there. I know it's supposed to be normal, but for me it was mostly stressful and disappointing…
I just got back home from the sauna, listening to some music to calm down.
the rest of the evening I’m planning to work a bit more, maybe draw, read, and hopefully get to sleep earlier.
