As I call it — the “double count down alternating hands”. I’ve been doing this almost as long as I can remember…prolonging my jerking off by alternating between hands and counting my strokes. Starting at ten strokes on the left hand, then ten strokes with the right hand; then nine on the left, nine right, eight and eight, etc
