Although I’m scared/shy to do anything there without her, so when I go there alone I just walk and stretch for like an hour 🙃 But gym really helps me, it is really nice thing for mental health! I don’t really care about getting stronger and more fit, but I love the thought of sweating negative emotions out of my body 💪🏻
