Are you a warrior? A worrier?
I have to admit I worry. Worry seems to be part of my nature, so I have to work really hard to stop obsessing over what hasn't yet happened.
BEING HERE NOW is always my goal, and when I'm living in the moment, life is a joy!!
It's a daily effort that I'm willing to work on because worrying is a waste of time and energy!!
