Hey been thinking how to put this since some have asked,,thanks. I got away for a couple months and found the board massage, I compressed my back for probably over a hundred hours, I do self care for a reason! But I couldn't stop....or think of anything else on my body really until the areas I avoided started whatever it is on my arms....I have had to cut some ties here relating to the cause, see edging practice as the best thing ever and the biggest investment in myself(gosh I feel so much calmer editing this than I was here since I got a good day of it, annnd I'm working on different back rests for chairs, vehicles and thru out the day seatings. Also sharing real rejuvenation release idk why not, it is the only thing that has really unlocked new levels in my body awareness. In practice today I was realizing how important it is to cultivate health and clarity, before since I knew rejuvenation and could transform I would ignore my body then dive into rejuvenation since I could but I am deciding to be more strict with myself and treat myself how I have treated my clients π
