Want big pecs? Want to get better at staying tight on bench? Give these a try. Do 5 reps with a 5 sec eccentric on incline then immediately do 5 reps with the 5 sec eccentric on flat. Focus on squeezing the pecs at lockout, during the eccentric, and when pressing. Control and actively squeezing your upper body during the entire exercises are key. Do not sacrifice these things to try to move heavier weight.
