You should love yourself more, understand that you have to be your friend not only your enemy. Because stressing a lot it won't help you, I know it's hard but take it easy, give yourself love, don't be afraid of doing new things, meeting people. Have some time with you, that means do something for you just to show yourself how much you appreciate it, it could be anything, a vacation, a new shirt etc . Anxiety, depression, stress eats people without mercy and it's just awful. Maybe it's boring or not a post that you expected but I want a strong connection with people that follow me. These pictures capture moments that changed me, moments when I was just being myself, even if it was sad or happy. I never realised how much that means to look at a pictures and just remind how you felt in that moment. So let's do this challenge, send a picture in private when it captured a moment.
