This funny little exercise is a trick to experience co-activation of opposing muscles 🦵 Pushing my legs together - resisting my bent leg against my straight leg, and my straight leg back against my bent leg - activates the glutes and hamstrings of the bent leg, and the hip flexors of the straight leg at the same time! Keeping multiple muscle groups engaged at once is the key to safe practice, preventing you from getting out of proper alignment. Safety first! 😚
