🕑 Added 2021-01-03 01:57:11 +0000 UTC First day of yoga teacher training today!!! I'm so so so excited to see what these next 5 months have in store for me! My instructors are so kind, knowledgeable, and inspiring. My fellow students are lovely and obviously kindred spirits. We're breaking things down to beyond basics, and I've already learned things I've never encountered despite practicing since I was 11. My body is really such an incredible gift from the universe, so in the spirit of celebration, I of course wanted to share it with you 🙏💖
