🕑 Added 2021-07-13 02:35:07 +0000 UTC Dolphin pose - which is basically downward dog on your forearms - is an incredibly accessible way to work into your full shoulder extension, without putting pressure on your wrists. It's also step one for headstands and forearm stands! There's so much to play with in variations of common poses, and so many ways to achieve desired joint positions in a more attainable and safe way 🙏 I hope you're being safe out there! 🥰💖
