🕑 Added 2021-06-27 23:51:36 +0000 UTC One of my favourite cues for downward dog/three legged dog is to "sink the heart down". I've found it's such an effective way to work into full shoulder extension, and push that weighted overhead range of motion just a little further 🥵 Ps, I'm trying some new photo editing software! I really like it. Thank you again to the super helpful fan that recommended it, and went to the trouble of teaching me to watermark! Even though I don't do an awful lot to edit my photos - I like everything to look as natural as possible - editing photos actually takes a ton of time (evening out & matching tones, cropping/straightening, watermarking, etc). I'm deeply grateful for anything that makes my life easier so I can focus more on making content for you guys 🥰🙏
