🕑 Added 2020-09-21 16:07:22 +0000 UTC I finally treated myself and got my hair done! (After months of janky bathroom covid self-cuts with kitchen scissors 😂😂). It felt so luxurious to have someone massaging my scalp and brushing through my hair. Self-care is a massive part of any meditative practice, and knowing that you are worth moments of joy and peace is so important ☮️💖 I hope you're having a lovely start to your week!
