I hope you enjoy reading As I laid down after a long day, migraine kicking in Mind racing Slow down, Slow down Stop racing I say The voices won’t stop See my anxiety and I have what some people might call a friends with benefit kind of relationship. We moved in together a while back and we have been in a constant battle Some days she desires and wants love, she craves the soft and gentle kisses of a man deserving of her And other days she just wants to be left alone Stop, Stop! I say Be still Quit shaking Because I am falling and I just want to be caught So as I found myself falling I realised no one is catching I’m falling and wanting to be caught So I wonder Will there ever be a one to catch me when I’m falling Will there ever be a one to take my heart and nurture it Will he pick me up and in his arms grant me safety because I am falling Will he let our heart and soul intertwine Till i am his and He is mine Because I am falling and I’m begging to be caught So I look around, lost and fighting for our house trying to kick her out. Stop shaking Go, I say! I paused because I realise I am falling and no one is catching So I stop fighting to kick her out Because while no one is catching, my anxiety is the one constant that never leaves and will always catch me
