🕑 Added 2023-02-13 15:13:26 +0000 UTC Guys, yesterday was one of the happiest days I’ve had in a while.. The past couple years, I’ve been drowning in anxiety. I lived in a van and traveled the country for a year in 2021. It was the best year of my life. However, constantly worrying where I was going to sleep that night, how I would fix my van if it broke down (which it did, often), and other factors really put me in survival mode. I haven’t been able to get out of survival mode. Yesterday, I reminded myself constantly to ***live in the present moment.*** I kept telling myself, “You have everything you need, right here”. I’m telling you this so it hopefully can help someone else out there. Mental health is no joke. Anxiety fucking sucks. You’re not alone.
