This is suicide prevention awareness month. Yesterday I celebrated my closest friend’s heavenly birthday (big brother to me) he would be 28 this year. It doesn’t get easier. Please know someone loves you and cares about you. If you need to vent or rant please do. Life is stressful, but it should be to where you lose your life. I’ve seen and felt what it personally does to a family. Please take time to yourself. When I feel overwhelmed or social media get to me I spend time with my reptiles. I remind myself why I’m here and what I love doing.❤️ this is me being the loving person I am. I have my losses too.
