🕑 Added 2025-01-07 19:08:58 +0000 UTC I started the year with a 72 hour water fast 🐼The last 3 days have been so difficult, but in the end, very rewarding to feel completely in control of my body. I started off unconsciously not eating, distracting myself with social media and Netflix. The second day felt surprisingly easier, but my body was weak. I had hunger pains and lots of cravings. The third day was the most challenging. I was the weakest I’ve ever felt with uncontrollable blackout vision and had a hard time performing simple tasks. My dog got sick, and we had to rush to the vet, even though I was extremely weak and tired. I start the process of reintroducing food to my new cells today, and I feel so good about this fresh start 😁 I think it’s important to cleanse and detox from the old. This is exactly what we do to heal! We go in and excavate the wounds, extracting what no longer serves us, to the point where it has no place in our bodies and our hearts.
