‼️Pure happiness ‼️ Today the 30.04.2024 I was able to touch the ground with the first of 3 splits I learn since end of January this year. Real talk: It took me around 3 months and this videos where they pretend you can learn it in a few weekzZ are a un motivating LIE ! Flexibility is something to learn over time and everyone can become flexible. First of all the key is to believe in yourself, then consistency where you learn to enjoy doing those stretches, making videos and pictures where you see exactly how the progress is and most of all have the best teacher in the world to show you how it’s done that you don’t learn it the wrong way, having a super positive attitude and always stretch with the students together and shows that it hurts everyone the same. I have still a long way ahead but it feels good to archive the first goal. Believe me I was very insecure to post this here on my social media but it gave me the right push to really stick to it and maybe it gives you also some motivation because flexibility is so good for our body and mind 💕
