This internalized vision of what a “proper” straight man would do keeps this commenter from learning about his own body and things that might feel good, and to attempt to insult men like me who love women and who show it freely and without restraint in my non-physical and physical interactions with them alikeI want to encourage all of you to be free to enjoy your bodies and your sexuality—even, yes, “gay shit” if you’re a man who’s attracted to men!—without fear or shame. If people judge you for not abiding by some arbitrary standard of “appropriate” gendered behavior, you should feel sorry for the narrow world they inhabit. Don’t crush yourself to fit into it.
