For the first command, you were told to pick a new to you mp3 and train to it. This time, I want you to come to Me with 3-5 mp3s of Mine that you have never listened to, and I am going to pick the file for you. You will do the 14 day journal ( how you felt before, during, and after listening) and submit it to Me at the end of the listening period. No need to ask or wonder why, that is for Me to know~ Just obey. Also, if you are new to this, you can start out on the first task journal series, the post is down below! Start any time!
