My back is almost healed, fast enough this time :3
There was no electricity for a very long time, I was very afraid for the refrigerator and listened to the sound of the generator, which allowed at least the elevators to work. I used my smartphone minimally and had a great rest :3
It's even nice, it was almost a digital and technical detox
Today I will restore my sleep schedule and go to bed in the next hour. I spoiled my sleep pattern a little when I slept too long for several days in a row
