Maybe it’s time for some fall cleaning (that’s what I’m doing today) Maybe it’s time to switch the diet up. Or get some more running in.I will say, that even though the temperature is dropping, you have to make sure you’re drinking enough water. You might not think you can get dehydrated in colder weather, but it’s more dangerous since you don’t have as obvious signs of dehydration! -Ryan
