Rash update: had to pull my sexy mesh panties down because they were itching my rash even more, luckily it hasn't spread and not as itchy tonight after washing it with an oatmeal soak and using some baby lotion (with oatmeal, see a trend here? 😅) on it! Speaking of swelling and water retention...todays sexy compression sock update from me to you -- you're welcome! 😅🩷 I'll be wearing these at least a month if not longer because with a c-section your body retains A LOT of fluid while recovering and my poor legs have been SO swollen and even the socks can't take the swelling down all the way, I could only imagine what they would be like without them!...
Upon returning home from the hospital I was pretty shocked to see I had only lost 10/50lbs gained during pregnancy and my gremlin was ALMOST all of that 10lbs... 😱 proud to report since I've been home and eating healthy again (No keto yet won't be doing that until about 1yr PP due to needing carbs for breastmilk) I'm down 15lbs in total and I know that once my swelling in my legs goes down I'll lo...
My breakfast every morning since I've been home... oatmeal with chia seeds (oats help with milk production!) and fruit -- iced coffee, today we definitely added espresso after only sleeping maybe 20hrs total in the last 7 days 😳 no I'm not joking, IDK how I'm even alive still either 🤷♀️
