Melted ice cream chug! I was going to do a gallon, but I figured the melting process would've been a nightmare. Total is 3 quarts, and I am maybe glad I did not do the gallon. I was filled to the brim, and I do not think I could hold another drop.Total calories was 3,060 for the 3 quarts. Total calories that day was nearly 6,000 from my other meals.
