I felt as my body stiffened and moves became rushy. Still did not want to give up. So I pressed to the end, but after coming out was struck by minor samba. All good and to the STA pool!

I see lot's of requests for dry breath holding. So I try to help you out and keep it coming. On this video I'm pushing my limits with empty lungs. I'm happy with result! I sustained full minute contractions in the end and I burned down my oxygene reserves to 40-50 I think. I know I start losing hearing and awareness at that point and face color speaks for itself. I also post a screenshot for comparison.

I set new record yesterday! 38m. DNF no air in my lungs. It was after hard training and I was not sure what I felt underwater. I barely made it up to the surface in the end. Anyway I only realized what happened to me, looking at the video afterwards.

At last I got time to fulfill your request and do static dry breath hold. It was different then in water and I struggled a lot. First contractions already soon after 2 min. I slowly ran out of oxygen and got more and more dizzy. In the end I barely understood what is going on around me. So it was long fight before I eventually gave in.
