Happy Sunday friends! Hope today is calm, peaceful and relaxing and contains none of your in laws. During my marriage for about 12+ straight years worth of Sundays visiting my ex’s parents and siblings. It was the worst.

Just another lazy day. Lounging around in bed all afternoon with a window cracked to smell and hear the rainfall. Listen to some music or have old favourite movies playing in the background. The sound of thunder reminds me of the power within the storm and I try to be gentle with myself… these are the days where giving in is fine, falling down is fine, being soft is still ok and this too shall pass
