💜💙💛🧡❤️💕 Health Update💜💙💛🧡❤️💕 Thanks again to everyone who cares, and who reached out to me. I appreciate you so very much! The reason I chose this tune for this graphic is because of the lyrics at the top of the song… My doctor was definitely "killing me softly" for about eight hours today, from the time I read my test results online, to the time she called and left...

Ever since my new landlord bought the building six months ago, they’ve been a pain in the ass. 🤮 They don’t know the laws of being a landlord in Santa Monica. They’ve been sued for millions of dollars by previous tenants in LA County, and they’re rude, incompetent, and, like I said, a pain in my fucking ass!😡 So since August, when I by chance found out the landlord had disconnected our interior and ex...

I love love love MakeUp Erasers! If you really care about your skin and your skincare and want the best for your face, I highly recommend these! My skin was really great and it got EVEN BETTER when I started washing my face with the MakeUp Eraser. You only need water and all your makeup comes off with this amazing item AND you're helping Mother Earth since you're not using horrible makeup wipes, which I ...

****MY CT SCAN IS DONE****** Now I await the GOOD results!!! Above the bed for the CT scanner they have this LED lighting system that twinkles all different colors - although you can’t really tell it’s twinkling all the different colors in my video. :( Twinkle lights are my jam, so this was a nice surprise‼️ I was so very grateful to have an easy test to see what’s going on with my lungs. There were so...

****HEALTH UPDATE**** First of all, thanks to everyone who's reached out to me privately to let me know that they care about me, want the best for me, and have asked to be kept updated. I appreciate you more than you know! xoxoxoxoxox My COPD diagnosis of several weeks ago didn't seem right to my primary care doctor, since I've never smoked, plus due to my symptoms, etc. Today I'm going in for a C...

Having the gift of being able to communicate with cats, I notice the little nuances that many people miss. Your cat is always "talking" to you, and if you get in tune with them, an incredible bond is formed, it grows, and you'll be blown away!!!! #connectwithyourcatthecathieway xo

I've had live-in relationships, casual boyfriends, two failed marriages, and man oh man ....!!!! Each point in this graphic is exactly how my relationships were. No wonder why tho .... I was raised by an emotionally absent, abusive mother, who didn't love me, bottom line. She wasn't interested in what I had to say, never considered my feelings, she didn't try to understand me, or give me the lov...

So as I said in this video, I went to have my physical therapy appointment this morning and I arrived 15 minutes early because I Lyft everywhere and sometimes they pick me up early, or drop me off early. So when I arrived 15 minutes early, I texted my physical therapist and let her know that I was quite early because my Lyft picked me up early. I got a phone call immediately from her telling me that she was locked o...

A friend posted this as it related to her and how she raised her children. She said she felt bad for telling her kids to just stop crying instead of implementing any of the ideas in this graphic. I 100% agree that telling a kid to stop crying is ineffective, and that it's actually abusive. But I also think we can implement this way of thinking towards one another as adults. Let's open our hearts, devel...

I hope you don't have to ever hustle in order to make ends m*et. We all hear "work smarter, not harder," and it's not easy, but can be done. The good old USA clearly doesn't care about its citizenry… Everybody has two and three jobs just to make ends me*et - - - not to even be able to get ahead. Yes it's true … If you don't love yourself there's no way ..

Yes it's true … If you don't love yourself there's no way you can love another. Do everything you can to transform yourself so that if you have a fat tummy you love yourself . . . if you don't like your nose, you love yourself . . . if you aren't rich, you love yourself. All the superficial bullshit goes down the drain and your true perfection which everyone possesses but often isn't u...

EVERYONE needs to educate themselves and others - men and women alike. From my personal experiences of working with other ra*pe victims, the majority of women do not come forward. The majority of women are blamed. The majority of women feel guilty for being rap*ed. This MUST change. And of course the ra*pe culture needs to be wiped out. And, the patriarchy must die. Let's treat each other with respect...

I couldn't be prouder of myself! Long story short, I called to bitch out Spectrum when I got my most recent internet bill which had suddenly gone up $5/month. They do the same thing… raise the price little by ...

Posted on my platforms about a year and a half ago: I work on myself steadily. Have really honed in since Covid.
