The date for my explant (implant and capsule removal, plus breast lift) is January 23rd. I have capsular contracture (hardening of the scar tissue surrounding the implant), that if left alone, can lead to odd, misshapen breasts and can become painful. The left one is feeling hard and sits slightly higher due to the contracture. I'm sure I'll miss my big round boobs, but I'm very ready for smaller ones ag...
