Kiteboarding was my first sport! I loved it so much. But after many injuries I’m not doing flips like this anymore. One take away from it all would be to always stretch and take care of your body! I thought I could do anything, but hardly stretched 😂

Should I start riding horses more? It’s so fun! Great core workout believe it or not, anything to strengthen the core. The core helps with balance ! Which is needed for board sports. 😇

Waikiki beach in Oahu is probably the busiest beach on that island. But the best spot to learn to surf. There are a few different surf breaks that are different sized waves. Definitely great practice for me!
