At this point I think I can honestly say I'll never be particularly muscular but I think it's important to see the gym as a place to concentrate on being fit and healthy. I'm 40 years old and at some point my age will start to take a toll on my body. A chronic inflammatory disease in my back certainly doesn't help so the gym really is important for my all round health.

I've been alone this week which is nice sometimes haha got offered a new apartment that I'll be moving to next month and will be able to enjoy good quality time with my daughter. Hopefully this weekend I'll be out in nature on some adventures 😁 I'll keep you updated haha
