Apologies for my lack of posting the last couple of days. The internet has been a really sad place to be and I found it too hard to find a connection to my social media. Instead I spent as much time in the woods and outside as I could. It’s ok to let yourself be overwhelmed and take time out. You’re allowed to disconnect from the chaos and try to calm your breathing. Try to figure out your place in things.
