I see you! 😍 Let's shear some sheep!! (The easy way though lol!) It was still a chore, and apparently Icelandic sheep can be kinda skittish and a handful but we still got them done and some decent fleeces to experiment with spinning and felting. One more step closer to being ready for winter.

Crisp fall mornings without coffee?!?? Hello Golden milk and hot cacao! Today I combined the two instead of our usual superfood smoothie. Raw honey, cold pressed coconut oil, tumeric, cinnamon, cacao powder, milk, dash of salt, 9 grain flakes, hot water all blended up smooth. Besides lots of whole food vitamins and minerals, this drink is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, sugar balancing, has healthy fats...

I don't/can't drink coffee generally...it's so sad 'cause I love it! I just don't feel good afterward at all...jitters I suppose. So I was tickled to find this instead... Been my go-to morning drink of choice for sugar balance and energy! Whether working on my physical health or growing myself mentally...these are the things that excite me and make me happy! Adapted from an old Apple Betty recipe years ago...👀 Look what you can do with day old Panera bread! I used mostly blueberry bagels but most any variety or combination of varieties can be used. Fresh chopped apples, dried cranberries, coconut flakes, frozen blueberries...you can also do walnuts or pecans, and any other combination of dried, frozen or fresh fruit pieces. Toss altogether with a good drizzling of oli...

Back in the day...short hair dyed red. Nowadays I don't dye my hair because of the chemicals...occasionally I'll use henna and sometimes indigo because they nourish without toxic ingredients. More birthday spoils include some high quality hair care and so far I'm impressed with Be Chic! 💞 Always forgetting to workout and take your supplements? Make it easy by making it convenient! I keep my supplements...
